
Dr. Diedrichs is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders at Michigan State University. She is a certified speech-language pathologist with experience in skilled-nursing and inpatient rehabilitation settings. She received her BA with a major in Spanish and minor in Neuroscience from Grinnell College, MA in Speech, Language, and Hearing Science from Temple University, and PhD in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University. She also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
Amber is a current Master's student in the Michigan State University Communication Arts and Sciences Program. She also completed her bachelor's in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at MSU. During her academic studies, she has worked and continues to work in the Spartan Stuttering Lab and the MSU Aphasia Lab.
