Our Team

Victoria Diedrichs, PhD, CCC-SLP

Dr. Diedrichs is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders at Michigan State University. She is a certified speech-language pathologist with experience in skilled-nursing and inpatient rehabilitation settings. She received her BA with a major in Spanish and minor in Neuroscience from Grinnell College, MA in Speech, Language, and Hearing Science from Temple University, and PhD in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University. She also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.

Nazlı Kara

Nazlı is a Speech and Language Pathologist from Turkey. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from Hacettepe University in Turkey. After graduating, she worked as a speech and language pathologist for four years. She is currently a PhD student in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at Michigan State University.

Amber Tetreau

Amber is a master's student in the Michigan State University Communication Arts and Sciences Program. She completed her bachelor's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at MSU. During her academic studies, she has worked and continues to work in the Spartan Stuttering Lab and the MSU Aphasia Lab.

Fadil Al-Husseini

Fadil is a master's student in the Michigan State University Communication Arts and Sciences Program. He is originally from Metro Detroit. Fadil graduated with a B.A. in Linguistics and Middle East Studies from the University of Michigan. In the Aphasia Lab, he hopes to learn more about service delivery with adults, evidence-based practice, and research methods.

Siena Rogalski

Siena is an undergraduate majoring in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. Siena works with the lab through her professorial assistantship with the Honors College. She is from Buffalo, New York, and hopes to become a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Rajanya Ghosh

Rajanya is an undergraduate Biology major and Lyman Briggs Honors College student. Rajanya was born in India but spent most of her life in Jackson, Michigan. She has a special research interest in medical literacy, and she can speak three languages fluently.

Jenny Halliday

Jenny is an undergraduate majoring in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She loves learning about the brain, and hopes to become a future Speech-Language Pathologist.
